Spam

First, the origin of the term Spam:

Spamming stems from a Monty Python (1970) comedy sketch where Spam, then a brand of raw meat that was excluded from the British food rationing during World War II, was mentioned 132 times within three and a half minutes; thus, spamming the conversation.

Now the term for our purposes in RF...

From Wikipedia's Spam (video gaming term):

"Spamming, in the context of computer games, refers to the rapid, repeated use of the same item or action...

...one form of spamming would be to execute the same offensive maneuver so many times in succession that one's opponent does not receive a chance to escape the series of blows...

...players relying solely on spam tactics are often looked down upon for their apparent lack of skill, especially when they assert their dominance over precision weapons that require more concetration and ability to use...

...Nonetheless, spamming is seen as an important skill to possess even in competitive gaming circles, and some weapons are designed for the sole purpose of sustained rapid fire."

Now time for business.

Rumble Fighter is a fighting game.  Nothing that anyone says will change that.  As such, there are only two possibilities: live or die.

"It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile; winning's winning."  --Dominic Teretto, The Fast and the Furious

If you are reading this, then you probably play RF to win.  If you don't play to win, I sure hope you play with friends that want to win.  If you play to win, then you can and should do whatever it takes to win.  Sometimes, yes, that will include spamming an ExoCore.
